How do I assign a campaign to an affiliate?

To add or assign a campaign to an affiliate:

  1. Open the affiliate's account details
  2. Click on 'Campaigns' and go to the 'Add' tab
  3. Do either of the following:
    1. To assign a single campaign
      1. Ensure the payout for this affiliate is displayed in the last column
      2. Click the Add icon next to the campaign you want to assign
    2. To assign multiple campaign at once
      1. Ensure the payout for these affiliates is displayed in the last column
      2. Select the campaigns you want to assign by clicking on the checkboxes
      3. Click the 'Add Selected' button

To automatically assign a campaign when an affiliate application is approved:

  1. Open the campaign's settings
  2. Click on 'Settings' in the 'Publish' section
  3. Check the 'Auto Assign when affiliate application is approved' checkbox
  4. Click the 'Update' button

To assign a campaign request by an affiliate from within the Affiliate Center:

  1. Hover over 'Affiliates'
  2. Click on 'Campaign Requests'
  3. Do either of the following:
    1. To approve a single campaign request
      1. Click the Approve icon next to the request you want to approve. The campaign will be assigned to the affiliate.
    2. To approve multiple requests at once
      1. Select the requests you want to approve by clicking on the checkboxes
      2. Click the 'Approve' button above the table

To automatically approve a campaign request:

  1. Open the campaign's settings
  2. Click on 'Settings' in the 'Publish' section
  3. Check the 'Auto Assign when requested within Affiliate Center' checkbox
  4. Click the 'Update' button
